Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, based in our Barcelona office, you will form part of a young, dynamic team of professionals that focus on managing and analysing claims on stand alone Directors and Officers policies (including coverage for Employment Practices) issued to SME or large companies, claims on blended policies (E&O, Crime, D&O) issued to Financial Institutions and claims on E&O policies issued principally to Lawyers, Accountants and Architects. You will report to the Claims Manager. 


General administrative duties, including:

  • General administrative support to the Claims Department (archive, scan, copy, preparation of documentation, attending the phone, printing…)
  • General file maintenance, support and closure as instructed
  • Dealing with new claims requests - printing, logging onto system, assignation and distribution
  • Administrative preparation of audits in accordance with checklist: pulling and putting away files in the archive as instructed
  • Support the reception during absences

Job Requirements
