Job Description

Under supervision, designs and coordinates company communications. Maintains policies and procedures, monitor company media, and utilize electronic publishing technology.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 Relying on limited experience and knowledge, the Corporate Marketing Coordinator is responsible for accomplishing the following assignments. These assignments are varied in nature.

 

  • Monitor and advise on content of subsidiary websites and internal Web.
  • Coordinate with outside vendor or internal departments for maintenance and upkeep of web and digital content.
  • Consult with business units to ensure an integrated and consistent communications and advertising message.
  • Recommend standards for content of communication materials, distribution, and timing.
  • Review all subsidiary marketing materials, presentations, and promotional items and verify adherence to policy.
  • Assist with corporate sponsorship opportunities.
  • Monitor policy for use of Company logo. Develop and distribute guidelines for use.
  • Participate in creating the marketing strategy, including vision, objectives and goals and rules of engagement
  • Develop and execute effective, integrated marketing plans (print, digital, social media)
  • Oversee use of marketing materials and design of branding and marketing to support and promote the overall organization.
  • Assist in other non-marketing departmental needs as required.
  • Familiarity in web marketing and graphic design.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience

Experience

  • Minimum of two years of relevant and progressive professional experience in Communications and/or Marketing

Other

  • Possess and have ability to apply knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
  • Advanced organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledgeable of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to applicable area of the Company’s business to proactively respond to changing business environment
  • Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
